Academic Affiliations & Guidelines

The academic programmes are designed and updated by the Rajiv Gandhi Technological University of Madhya Pradesh. The institute is affiliated to Technological University and Diploma programmes offered by the Institute. Certification of the programmes are provided by the Technical University, Bhopal. All the programmes are duely approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). Below are the Extension of Approval Letters from AICTE.

Faculty Development

For continuous up gradation of the faculty, the institute contribute a great deal by organizing and participating in a large number of training programmes & refresher courses.

Teaching-Learning activities are carried out as per the guidelines of RGPV. Special efforts are made to provide coaching to the students of weaker sections and SC/ST category. Each academic year is divided into two semester of 90 working days each. The semester end examination is open to regular students putting in at least 80% attendance in both theory & practical classes.

Scholarships are awarded on merit and merit cum means basis to eligible students as per state govt. rules. There is also a provision of scholarships for SC/ST students according to State Govt. rules. Besides “Ravatani Awards” are also given to the toppers of second and fourth semesters of all the Departments.

Teaching Methodology


Teaching methodology involves normal class room teaching interspersed with other audio-visual aids for effective teaching. In addition students are required to give seminars in most of the subjects to improve their communication and presentation skills. Our course contents are poised meticulously between academic rigor and industry standards. Besides final semester students are required to go in for project work, training and industrial visits for giving them an edge over the rest in the field. The college has 22 seated mini bus for use of students to visit industries and organizations.



Special Schemes


Employment oriented short-term training programs are being run for reserved category students. Institute provides employment and self employment oriented training in the field of tailoring, data entry operator, Fashion Design sort term course, Gents and Women,s wear making etc. Special campus/seminars on various topics are also organized.
